Services

We provide web development, performance marketing, e-commerce, creative production, and related digital services under the brands As It Is Digital, As It Is Agency, and As It Is Plus.

Quotes & Proposals

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A written agreement or signed proposal is required before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project.

Payment

A deposit of 50% is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due on delivery or as agreed in writing. Late payments may result in work being paused.

Intellectual Property

All work product remains the property of AS IT IS PERFORMANCE until payment is received in full, at which point ownership transfers to the client as agreed.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. An NDA can be signed prior to sharing sensitive project details — simply request one before we begin.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Porto, Portugal.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
